Meet Your Therapist
My name is Brianna, and I am a therapist supporting creatives, high-achievers, or recovering people pleasers through trauma recovery, anxiety, and embodied healing
My Path to This Work
My journey into somatic therapy began through my own search for safety. For years, I tried to think my way out of anxiety and emotional overwhelm. What I eventually discovered was that healing wasn’t about analyzing harder — it was about learning to feel safe in my body.
Through somatic work, I experienced what it truly means to regulate, soften, and reconnect. That experience reshaped my understanding of healing — and it informs every session I hold today.
Healing Happens in Safety
My Philosophy
Mind, body, and soul are like a musical ensemble. Each must be well-tuned, finely nourished, diligently practiced, and lovingly maintained in order to reach full potential.

Integrative Therapy
Integrative Therapy is an approach that stems from the belief that there is no "one size fits all" therapeutic method for all challenges and goals. Integrative Therapy is a combination and bridge among various methods, therapeutic techniques, theories, and evidence-based practices that I, as the therapist, will tailor to your individual experience and story. There are hundreds of theories and approaches therapists use.
Professional Background
My practice integrates evidence-based approaches rooted in trauma-informed care and nervous system science.
-
Creating an environment where your system can soften.
I take this as my responsibility to work with you to create the safety it needs in my office
-
Your boundaries are always respected.
This means that even if you think you are ready to move on, we need to check with your body as well
-
We approach your experience without judgment. Always noticing with compassion
-
Healing continues beyond the therapy room.
We want you to feel secure in your identity and connection to self
About Me
Outside of my practice, I find peace in walks with my dog and in drinking tea on my porch with a good book. I love all things creative, and find myself most at ease around artists and writers. When not working on another creative project such as my own creative writing, I am hosting dinners with friends or watching something verifiably geeky such as Lord of the Rings for the 100th time.
