As a holistic therapist, I hold a simple but vital belief: healing invites care for the whole person. Somatic therapy offers deep, meaningful change, yet true recovery often requires a broader, body-centered approach. Some people will need additional supports beyond what I can provide to reach the healing they seek—and that is both normal and important.
