The Approach
Individual therapy is a space for deeper healing beyond traditional talk therapy. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning adults, creatives, and deeply self-aware individuals who have already spent years trying to “figure things out” intellectually — through therapy, self-help, mindfulness, or personal growth work — yet still find themselves feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or stuck in the same relational patterns.
My approach is relational, embodied, and trauma-informed, focusing not only on your thoughts but on the physiological and somatic responses held within the body. Together, we explore how stress, trauma, anxiety, and chronic emotional patterns live in the nervous system and shape your daily experiences, relationships, and sense of self. Through body awareness, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and authentic therapeutic connection, therapy becomes a place to deepen self-understanding, reconnect with your body’s signals, and create lasting change that feels integrated rather than simply intellectual.
