The Approach
Couples therapy offers a space to slow down and better understand both yourself and one another beneath patterns of conflict or disconnection. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in an understanding of the body’s physiological responses within relationships. Together, we explore how nervous system reactions, attachment wounds, and past experiences may shape communication, emotional safety, and connection. Through deepening empathy, awareness, and attunement, couples can begin to communicate more openly, respond with greater understanding, and create a relationship that feels more secure, connected, and supportive.
