When to Choose an Intensive Session

Weekly therapy isn’t always the right container.

An intensive may be helpful if:

• You feel stuck in one specific issue

• You want depth quickly

• You’re navigating a transition

• You want clarity around a decision

Extended sessions allow us to go deeper and integrate before closing.

Not rushed. Not fragmented. Focused and intentional.

Sometimes one deep container creates more movement than months of surface work.
