Talk therapy works with thoughts and patterns.

Somatic therapy includes the body.

Because trauma and stress are stored physiologically, insight alone doesn’t always create change.

Talk therapy: top-down (mind → body)

Somatic therapy: bottom-up (body → mind)

Both are valuable.

The difference is where we begin.
